Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription or credits on Docuzina. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Our Policy: No Refunds

All purchases made on Docuzina — including subscription plans (monthly and annual) and credit top-ups — are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, credits, or prorations for:

  • Unused portions of a subscription period after cancellation
  • Unused AI credits or download credits remaining at the end of a billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term
  • Accidental purchases or duplicate subscriptions created by the user
  • Dissatisfaction with generated documents or template output
  • Failure to cancel before the automatic renewal date

Why We Have This Policy

Docuzina provides immediate, unlimited access to our full template library and AI generation features upon payment. Because our service is delivered digitally and consumed instantly — there is no physical product to return and value is delivered from the moment your subscription activates — we are unable to offer refunds.

We encourage you to take advantage of our free plan to evaluate the Service before upgrading to a paid subscription.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error on our end.
  • Service unavailability: Docuzina was completely unavailable for an extended, documented period (more than 72 consecutive hours) during your paid subscription period, and the outage was not caused by scheduled maintenance or events outside our reasonable control.
  • Statutory rights: Where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction mandates a refund right that cannot be waived by contract (e.g., certain EU consumer rights). We will always comply with statutory obligations.

Exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 14 days of the charge.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.

To raise a billing concern, email us at [email protected] with your account email, the charge amount, and the date of the charge. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
