Accessibility Statement

Last updated: January 2025

Our Commitment

Docuzina is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
  • Keyboard navigation support throughout the application
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios for text and UI elements
  • ARIA labels and roles where native semantics are insufficient
  • Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
  • Responsive design that works across device sizes
  • Descriptive link text and button labels

Known Limitations

We are continuously improving accessibility. Some areas of the platform — particularly the document editor — are complex and may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We are actively working to address these.

Feedback

If you experience accessibility barriers on Docuzina, please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve. Contact us at [email protected] with a description of the issue and the page or feature affected. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
